Exhibit Hall Dates and Times

The Expo will be open to all SpaceNEXT attendees from Thursday, February 19, through Friday, February 20, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Expo load-in and setup will take place on Wednesday, February 18th, from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.   

As an exhibitor, don’t forget to:

  • Secure any needed meeting space (e.g., converted hotel suite in the Watermark Hotel) with Dana Magnusson.

  • Use your exhibit space to demonstrate your product and educate attendees

Included in your booth

The following items are included in your spaceNEXT exhibit space:

  • 6-foot table with two chairs 

  • Basic Power  

  • Basic Wifi  

  • Stanchions to divide the sides of booths  

  • Booths are 10 ft wide and 8 ft deep. For all booths on the floor that do not back to a window, there is a 10-foot height limit.

    Prices include:

    • Delivery, set-up, strike, and removal

  • Exhibitor booths on the Main Floor are not carpeted. Exhibitors will be permitted to install carpet with approval.

  • Ensure your carrier is aware of the company name and booth number when making shipping arrangements for your exhibit at the show's close.

  • All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 7PM on Friday, February 20th. To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit facility by the Exhibitor Move-Out deadline, please have all carriers check in by 7 PM on  February 20, 2026.   

  • Capital One Hall does not have storage space for crates, pallets, or large shipments. Any materials to be sent to Capital One Hall, if pre-arranged with Capital One Hall. Capital One Hall can accept items three business days in advance from the start of the program. A handling and storage fee based on the weight of the box/item (plus all applicable taxes) will be assessed. The mandatory handling and storage fee is paid in its entirety to employees providing the handling services. A four-hour minimum charge for Labor will be charged at $75.00 per hour to move the packages to desired location, final labor charges will be totaled at the end of the event and billed to the Master Account. For items that need to be shipped out after the program, advance notice must be given in writing to your Sales Manager. All items must be packaged properly with the shipping label attached by vendor/client. Client must schedule the Pickup for UPS/FedEx the following day after the program ends. Capital One Hall will not be responsible for any loss or damage to materials sent to Capital One Hall prior to the first day of the event.

    • Over 50 lbs. = $35.00 each   

    • Pallets (unloaded) = $100.00 each
