New Dates Announced for spaceNEXT: February 18–20, 2026
Connected DMV announced that the inaugural spaceNEXT convening will now take place February 18–20, 2026, at Capital One Hall in Tysons, Virginia.
The decision follows the ongoing federal government shutdown, which has delayed participation and travel approvals across key agencies and partners. Because spaceNEXT is designed to bring together leaders from across government, industry, academia, and investment, the updated timeline ensures that all major stakeholders can be part of the conversation shaping the future of the new space economy.
“spaceNEXT was built on collaboration across sectors,” said George Thomas, President & CEO of Connected DMV. “This new window gives us time to strengthen the program, confirm additional speakers, and make the experience even more impactful for everyone involved.”
The new schedule provides additional runway to expand programming, secure more high-profile speakers, and deepen global engagement in the emerging orbital economy. A full program and detailed agenda will be released in the coming weeks.
